The European Journal for Education Law and Policy, which is the official Journal of 'The European Association for Education Law and Policy', is designed to exchange information on education systems and national education law, to present views on education law and policy, and to interpret and comment on the education policy of the European Union. Each issue contains
12 country reports, covering the latest developments in the field of education law. Also included are articles of a comparative nature by leading experts in the field, and book reviews.

The European Journal for Education Law and Policy meets the needs of both academics and practitioners dealing with education issues. It focuses primarily, but not exclusively, on European Union Member States.
